Very Good
Location is great. And the staffs in concierge are nice and helpful.
I required rooms on high floor a month in advance, but end up on 1st floor, the lowest. Due to the late flight, I asked for late check out for two hours to 14:00, reception said they will be fully booked the next day. But then she suggested extra 25% of the room rate would let me extend the room for two hours. This doesn’t really make sense between “fully booked” and “extra cost will do”.

Incredible hotel with amazing staff
The staff were excellent from the doormen to the concierge. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was close to everything, enabling us to walk without having to get a cab. The building is beautiful and unique.
